About the Author
Ravi Zacharias is President and Founder of Ravi Zacharias International Ministries (RZIM). Their global outreach grew from humble roots in 1984 and includes fielding a team of itinerant speakers who operate from offices located around the world including the U.S., the UK, Romania, the Middle East, India, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Canada. Laure Fournier was born in Antibes, France. She studied at the Emile Cohl School of Art in Lyon, France, and later continued her studies at Swindon College in England. Since graduating, Laure has worked as a children's illustrator. She regularly travels to Africa to create bronze sculptures, which are the inspiration for her illustrations. She now lives in the south of France and works in the little village of Sauve.

Simplicity With Great Depth

This book depicts the progress of thievery in the life of the poor man. He was financially and spiritually poor; and his choices that led him to be a determined theif can be traced through the story. The rich man, who was rich both financially and spiritually, also made choices. In Chrisitan love the rich man chose to share true riches with the poor man. The poor man chose Life and became rich "on the inside" transforming his life. I have shared this book with children from ages 4 to 8 and they all have enjoyed it and asked for it to be read again. Adults seem to enjoy the book as much as the youngsters do. The art work in the book provides a delightful glimpst into Indian culture.

Great Book, Kids Loved It

Beautiful book, great pictures, great story that was clearly understood by my 4 and 5 year old. They love the book, it's now their favorite. They want me to buy a bunch more books with the same characters, Ravi...if you're listening, I need 2-3 more kids books starring Raj and Mohan!

Beautiful Story

I bought this as a gift for my four year old granddaughter. She was in a ballet performance based on this book. i ordered the book to give her after her performance. We read it together often and talk about making the right decisions and how Jesus Christ provides for us the greatest gift of all, SALVATION.
